We only accept returns on unused, non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging. Please email if you are unsatisfied with your item and we will fully refund your purchase. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or finish, please email us; we are quite reasonable and will do what we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Any item damaged in shipping will be replaced free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment to report any damage. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to keep our customers happy.

All M. Crow Jigsaw Puzzle sales are final - because each puzzle is a one-of-a-kind piece, and in order to give all of our collectors a fair shot to purchase from each puzzle release, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges of these items.
